50s Emergence was founded from a long held desire to help build career resilience and confidence in +50 year old women.

 

Linda created this business because she understands that this period of life is  when quite often, life really starts.

Linda has over 40 years of experience across a variety of industries in including Government, Consulting, Technology, Banking, Travel and Health. She has worked in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne as well as a host of engagements internationally, so she knows that experience is easily transferrable and that age is an advantage is this high competitive world.

Linda's expertise lies in Operational Management - how to create, measure and improve business efficiencies regardless of the industry. A large part of improving organisational efficiencies is the ability to connect with people to optimise their contribution to the organisation. 

 

As a result, her ability to match people to fulfilling careers and to see past their self imposed limitations is her super power.​​
